In overhaul project of two sets HND HTBD234V8 type diesel engines for coast guard vessels, we launched the emergency response actions in time and appointed professional personnel to rush to the scene in order not to affect the customers scheduled mission. According to customer’s requirements and equipment conditions, we drew up the maintenance plan and the preliminary necessary spare parts list immediately with strong support of relevant department of HND. At the same time, we organized veteran service engineers to accomplish the project on time with good quality. Our professional, meticulous, fast and efficient service were highly praised by the customer.

We undertook to replace 8PC2-5L engine crankshaft project on site on vessel “Ji Hai Zhi Xing”,including making preparing process , executing lifting engine, open and close hatch over, dismantling and installing auxiliary system,dismantling old and mounting new crankshaft, engine alignment and connection ,test and sea trial.

We got a project of 4000M3 suction dredge -vessel “Xiang Yunjun” for China Hydroelectric construction bureau. The project is to make overhaul 4*12PCS-5V engines and assembly, commissioning and design monitoring and protection system.
