上海海帆船舶设备有限公司成立于1999年，总部坐落于东海之滨--浦东张江，旗下有湛江、三亚、台州服务站。公司总部自有产权办公面积超过3000平方米，现有员工80余名，其中具备中高级技术职称的员工占公司员工总数的30%以上。业务主要涵盖了柴油机零配件的销售，柴油机维修服务，造机厂配套等。

经过二十多年的发展，公司分别与国内外知名柴油机厂家和柴油机配套专业厂家等企业深度合作，先后取得了中国船舶旗下 “陕西柴油机重工有限公司”和“河南柴油机重工有限责任公司”的销售服务授权、日本NICO精密机器株式会社（N/P）中国区销售代理、德国BOSCH燃油系统维修服务授权，以及德国海茵茨曼调速器维修服务授权，持续为客户提供高品质产品和专业技术支持。

多年来，公司不断进取，逐步建立了完善的质量管理体系。先后通过了GB/T19001-2016标准质量管理体系，GB/T24001-2016环境管理体系，GB/T45001-2020职业健康安全管理体系，以及中国新时代GJB9001C-2017国军标质量管理体系, 并取得了特定行业的资格证书。为公司持续、快速的发展奠定了雄厚的基础。随着对产品科研持续加大投入，公司已先后获得发明专利1项，其它各类专利21项。
