  维修服务

海帆专业维修服务团队由柴油机制造厂资深服务工程师、远洋轮机员等组成，所有人员都具有多年的大中型柴油机调试、维修保养经验，并经柴油机制造厂的全面技术培训考核。公司制定了严格的服务纪律，为广大用户提供迅捷优质的售后服务。

公司承接的某船两台河柴重工TBD234V8型大修工程，为了不影响用户出海执行任务，公司及时启动应急机制，指派专人赶赴现场。根据用户要求和设备状况，在河柴重工相关部门的大力支持下，第一时间制定了维修方案及前期所需备件，并组织了经验丰富的服务工程师，保质按时地完成了工程，海帆专业细致、快速有效的服务得到了用户的肯定。

公司先后为各类船的主机动力实施了临抢修、坞修、中修、大修等重大工程，主机运行平稳，在各种环境下经受了考验，受到各客户的广泛认同与好评。

我公司承接的“集海之星”轮8PC2-5L柴油机现场更换曲轴项目，包括制定修理工艺、实施柴油机的吊装、开闭工艺口、拆装附属系统、新老曲轴的拆装、柴油机定位对中连接、试车试航等内容。

我公司承接的中国水电工程局4000M3绞吸式挖泥船“祥运浚”轮，该项目是对4台12PC2-5V柴油机进行大修和安装调试，并设计安装柴油机监控保护系统等内容。
